Motorcycle rider gets ticket for speeding, LOUD Pipes,Improper placement of rear turnsignals,and I think non DOT helmet. People speed [up to 70mph on this major street near my house.The speed was recently lowered from 50mph to 45. The cops have an average turnaround [between tickets] of about 10 min.If this guy was wearing proper rideing gear,[He wasen’t even wearing eye protection!!] The Cop might have just warned him.[This dosen’t always work.]Sorry no audio[i was shooting from an up stairs room spur of the moment.I did hear the cop say”You must watch your DOT compliance”
