The motor is … The motor is particularly interesting, if it brings the M-1’s tractability and rider-friendliness.
Too bad they couldn’t incorporate the MotoGP machine’s clean and elegant lines into this new bike- R1 styling has become quite dated, and is almost a caricature of its former self.
The headlight looks … The headlight looks like a Praying Mantis, very disappointed with its appearance. Well, a good job for the DMS and the gear indicator features.
I think it was a … I think it was a very wise decision to ‘ask’ Edwards not Rossi to participate in this video.
Colin is more symphatic guy, just like he was one of us - even he’s riding a way better than 99.99% of the bikers.
Don’t be mistaken, I am a Rossi fan, but Vale is now almost like a god, not human anymore. Colin’s comments on the bike is just like he’s leer at us: I’ve done it.
the exhaust pipes … the exhaust pipes look bulky. and the tail seems shorter and unproportional. they could have made more clean look. though, engine is revolutionary. they have overcome the midrange issue. they should have adopted the 07-08 look. guess we (R1 fanatics) have to wait another 2 years if they can pull a really impressive design. . . . wish they could by that time. *sigh*
I was quite … I was quite dissappointed with the look of the new blades front, but compared to that messed up rear end on this R1 I would rather have the blade anyday, plus it seems that yam think the 2007 ZX10 pipe layout was a good idea so they made an even worse version for their 2009 R1. BAD BAD BAD idea.
