This video shows a 2007 Victory Vegas Jackpot 100 CI lining up against a 2007 Harley Davidson Screamin’ Eagle Dyna Low Rider 110 CI with all the Screamin’ Eagle high performance engine parts Harley’s Custom Vehicle Operations Department could muster. Along with all those high performance parts, the Harley has 10% more displacement than the Victory. Doesn’t sound fair does it?
